  • The All Bodies Are Able Bodies program fills this critical gap by offering inclusive, intergenerational, and culturally affirming dance opportunities that promote physical health, mental wellbeing, and community connection.

  • Our community deserves movement spaces where every body is celebrated — not despite, but because of who we are.

  • San Antonio’s East Side is rich in culture but burdened by systemic neglect. Generations of disinvestment have led to health disparities, limited access to recreational resources, and a lack of safe, inclusive spaces for physical expression. Working-class families, especially those of color, often face financial and logistical barriers to wellness programs.
