amuse: bacon, lettuce, fried green tomato.

salad: grilled beets, spanish olives, citrus vinaigrette, alliums.

entremezzo: chef michaels sangria sorbet

entree: braised beef short rib agnolotti, seared oyster mushroom, red wine

reduction, basil.

dessert: southern berries and cream, chiffon cake, summer herbs.

20% of proceeds from the dinner service will be donated to Southwest Workers Union.
