About The Event
An introductory session about how we can work with our nervous systems to process emotions, reduce stress and build capacity. We will learn some basic information about the nervous system, spend time connecting with our bodies, listen to what our bodies have to say, and go through some basic techniques we can keep in our pockets for moments of overwhelm or high stress.
This workshop will be lead by Joyous Windrider Jiménez. It will be in person in the garden please bring a mat to sit on and water to hydrate. Registration is limited to 12 people.
