Southwest Workers Union’s (SWU) is hosting the 8th annual Back to School & Health Fair that will include free services and resources for members and community. The valuable resources include school supplies, gently used clothes, health resources, free haircuts, and a safe environment to connect with family, friends, and community. The Civic Engagement program ran a 9 week Spring Campaign. The promotorxs made 22,356 outreach attempts and talked to 2,136 residents about the Climate Action and Adaptation Plan, paid sick leave, and GOTV efforts!
